3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any third-party integrations (e.g., Make.com, n8n, Zapier) you connect to the products from this Platform, including compliance with their terms and privacy policies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

All AI agents, workflow automation templates, digital assets, and other content on Flogenie.com (collectively, “Content”) are owned by Flogenie or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Website Flogenie and Zantics is owned by SATHISHKUMAR SHANMUGANATHAN.

Licensing Terms

Upon purchasing or subscribing to Content, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not permit:

  • Third-party integrations (e.g., Make.com, n8n, Zapier) will function without issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flogenie and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform or Content. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these restrictions may not apply to you.
